Comprehensive surgical services include:
- Cornea and External Disease: Surgical treatment of disease or injury to the front of the eye. Treatments include femtosecond assisted or small incision cataract surgery and refractive surgery.
- Glaucoma: Surgical management of glaucoma and other disorders that may cause optic nerve damage by increasing pressure within the eye.
- Oculoplastic Surgery: Upper facial reconstructive procedures following trauma or tumors, as well as cosmetic procedures for the eyelid and surrounding area of the eye.
- Yag Laser Surgery is available to open the posterior capsule, for peripheral iridotomies, for selective laser trabeculoplasties and vitreolysis.
- The Excimer Laser is also available for refractive surgery at the Dallas LASIK Center located across the corridor from the surgery center.
